My 20s ...

I will reach twenty years in five moths more and I recognize than I have many bad thing than shows this report. Analyzing point for point:
  • “Give your liver a breather”: I drink alcohol, but not every week. Usually I drink when I share with my friends.
  • “Count to five”: I always try of eat many vegetables in the lunch and the dinner. But in the week, my schedules of alimentation are awful.
  • “Have a night in”: I don’t know the reason but is very difficult me sleep eight hours, perhaps because I have much than study. I sleep between four and five hours.
  • “Get into an exercise routine”: My unic constant exercise is walk thirty minutes everyday, it than not help me it enough.
  • “Many blokes regard their 20s as their cowboys-don’t-cry decade”: My lifestyle is very tiring. I make many things in the day.
I think than in the future I will follow with some of this "bad practices" But I try to I will improve the bad thing for I make my life more healthly.
